The best camera is one that still works!
Thanks to Jeicob, Todd Hanz, photony texas, Leica Forever and gho for the mentions.
I always find it very pleasing to have any photo mentioned here and particularly when it's something I'm experimenting with regarding multiple exposures etc!
The other thing that amazes me is sometimes I'll be going through my saved favourites for this thread thinking "gee, it's been a bit of a lean week!" then I look through this thread and realise how wrong I was ... I just didn't see them!

Gareth 67 ... this is my favourite favourite for the week for numerous reasons. Brilliant use of the format, superb exposure and I just don't get tired of looking at it!

I know, my friend.
My late father used to tell me "God loves you, Son".

I haven't posted my favorites to this thread in many weeks (my day job tends to intrude) and I'm feeling terribly guilty. So many wonderful images are posted in the gallery each week, I never know where to begin. So, let me start by saying that everything posted on the thread this week is wonderful and I'm going to try something different by posting some images here that I haven't seen in the thread yet... kind of trying to spread the recognition around a bit wider. Rather than re-posting all the great images already on the thread -- amazing stuff -- let me just second them, all of them, and add these few...

not only are there some great artists and photographers here, but every week I'm fascinated to see little bits and pieces of the interesting lives everyone leads and shares.
