Do you use Photo-Flo with C-41?

I have been using the photo-flo with my standard Black and White stuff, but the last step in the C-41 process is the Stabilizer. Does this contain a photo-flo type additive, or do any of you guys add some photo-flo in plain water after the Stabilizer before drying?

Yes. Its typically Formalin (or something something that breaks down into Formalin or an alternative fixative) and a wetting agent.
