Ken Ruth (Photography on Bald Mountain) did mine. Did an outstanding job too. The lens focuses perfectly on my M3 and MP. See:

I modified a TV lens. Cost about $350.00 and took about three months. He'll ask you to send along a body too so he can properly calibrate it to the lens. I'm more than satisfied with the lens. Surprisingly sharp wide-open on my M3 or MP.

if anybody is interested, i have a line on a very clean TV mount version for right around $1400 after stupid Yen conversion. Boxed too.
