buy summaron 35mm f2.8 M3?

If you have an M3, then it is a good choice and fairly cheap. However, if you want to use it with other magnification cameras, the M2 ungoggled version would be beter, although it will cost twice as much at least.
 
When you say "M3"-version you mean the one with goggles?
If it truly is in good shape (how are the coatings? scratches? Do you have a chance to shine a flashlight through it to check for haze? Do you have a return possibility?

These are things to check; if it is in good shape, I'd say 330 Euro for a nice goggled Summaron is a fair price.
What camera do you plan to use it on? You are aware that the goggles cannot be removed? (otherwise the lens will not focus correctly.)

🙂 mfogiel beat me to it; though the goggled Summaron can be used on M2, M4 etc., it makes most sense on a M3 which otherwise would not have 35mm framelines.

But you could try it out, at that price you would in all likelihood not have any trouble to pass on the lens for what you paid if you find out it is not for you.

I like my (M2-version) Summaron f2.8 very, very much. If you can live with the speed, it is a fine choice. You will not need a lens shade/hood in every day use, because of the recessed front element. Used in such a way the Summaron is more compact than a Summicron-C or Rokkor 40 f2.
 
As mentioned before, it is important to make sure the glass is free of haze by checking with a flashlight as some of these older Leica lenses are very prone to this problem. The haze can reduce contrast noticeably. But if the glass is clean the Summaron 2.8 is a wonderful little lens and very sharp. Mine was stolen some months ago and I still miss it.
