Aperture Ring/Notch off center on 45mm f/2

I recently got an EX+ condition 45mm planar from KEH, and I noticed that the aperture ring and the engraved notch that lines up with it are not in sync with eachother. It's not loose or anything like that, so I couldn't move it back to where it belongs or anything. The diaphram still functions as normal though.

Shown are the aperture blades at f/2, and the aperture ring at f/2

It's normal when the number will align correctly once it is mounted on camera or adapter.
