Website Help: Images not showing up

Hiya, I was putting together a series on my website and I noticed the photos arent showing up. I'm using dreamweaver and putting the images into the page by going Insert > Image > image.jpg
They're showing up as blue boxes.
Any simple solutions?

All I get is a white page which says "Sam Stewart" and "Info"

1. Have you actually uploaded the images ?
2. Have you created/uploaded the folder "summerhigh" ?
3. are the images named jpg or JPG ?
4. does your host expect images to always use lowercase for the extension ?
5. have you got some htaccess hotlink protection on the folder summerhigh which is not working properly

Fixed it! I had to make a source file thing. thanks all!
