This is a film resolutely pictorial, with everything from dresses Arbus inside the museum evokes carnival Lionel apartment and textures worthy of comment in the cinema today at a time and the discussion following the film with friends.

I love story, music and photography, as it serves the story as well. And all I have to say about the love scene is. This is a movie I want to see again and again.
I saw the Arbus movie last fall on dvd. It wasn't bad, but I don't know how accurate it was. Diane comes across as a person who hides behind her camera. It's worth watching, tho.
And the movie Roman mentioned is "Frida", starring Salma Hayek. Definitely worth watching if you're a Salma fan. Not quite as interesting if you're a Frida fan.
My friends ex-girlfriend was the naked girl on the bench with Kidman at the end, he used to joke and say "who wants to see my gf naked?" when it was coming out. I enjoyed it, but I think it played fairly fast and loose with Diane's image.
