I have a few rolls of Acros 100 120film to try out.. What's your favorite developer for this film?

Can't speak for the other developers, but I've been using HC-110B and I think it's great.

My vote is for Xtol or your flavor of Pyro.

Since you asked for OUR favourite Acros developer, I'll give you mine, Caffenol-C-M.

I never seem to be able to upload photos, but check my flickr stream http://www.flickr.com/photos/danfogel/sets/72157622480737988/ I have tried HC110 Dilution H, Rodinal 1:50 and Rodinal 1:100. I think my favorite is 1:100. Also check filmdev.org and search for Acros.

Always looking
Rodinal 1:25 or 1:50 - I also like to push Acros to 200.

See the streaks in the wall behind the man looking out the window? That is gentle agitation result.
You can do anything you want with D76 or Xtol stock, 1:1, or 1:3.. Goes from fine grain to very sharp with prominent grain. Take your pick. Use a minimum of 4 oz stock for 36 exp 35mm or 12 Exp 120. This means a larger tank for 1:3.
If you keep fooling around trying every developer, you will never get any under control.

Hey you are right, I haven't noticed that streak before !
You have a great eye. Could also be caused by a sloppy water rinse, who knows.
Anyway, with Rodinal I always am careful with agitation, unlike with D76.
I only use Rodinal with Fuji Acros, for all the other film I prefer d76.
