been away a long while 😱 in that time:

- I shot a wedding (with just an olympus ep-1 and the kit lens) there was a pro photographer there but well, let us just say I was as shocked as the bride at what he produced and she much preferred my photos (woohoo for a plan b).

- have been pottering around and love, love, love the Olympus.

Glad it worked out. Many people assume that "pro" = "good" 100% of the time. Word of mouth is very important in that business, so the market should correct itself 😉

They say that you can't buy good taste, no matter how expensive the champagne in the cellar is.
