So behind the times

I am in a language class, and we were practicing "showing off our photos of girlfriends, etc".

We would ask if "you had a photo of your girlfriend" and practise saying no or yes.

Well, when someone answered "yes", I expected him to pull out a wallet photo. No way - he pulled out his cell phone and showed the photo on it.

I was the only one in the room with wallet photos.

The world has changed.

It's just easier. The phone takes it and stores it...one device. The wallet, well... you know. That said, I don;t have pictures of my gal in my wallet or on my cell phone. :)
 
Well, i still carry photos in my wallet and I am half your age. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Language class? You need a babelfish.;)
 
It's true, when I was asked the same question and got my wallet out everyone thought I was sad! I think it's nice to have a real photo - what happens if you lose your phone??
