What i like: the black stripe of land. The light in the cloud.
What I do not like: too much negative space in the sky. If the cloud on the left side would be more in the middle of the sky ...ok I know you cannot move it! The boats seem me a little out of focus.
What I suggest (if allowed): crop away the first third on the upper side and increase the general contrast to make the photo more dramatic.
Of course these are just my opinions which could be wrong...🙂
