Just bought a Voigtlander m bayonet adapter type 2 for my MP and M9 to go with a Canon 50mm 1.2 (not yer arrived) but reading the instructions it mentions cannot be used with lenses with an infinity lock, had a look on cameraquest site and it says only with some lenses with infinity lock.
So my question is anyone using a canon 50mm 1.2 with type 2 bayonet adapter?

50/1.2 Canon will be no problem - the lock is too far away from the ring.
I've only had two lenses where it didn't work, Nikkor 35/2.5 and 28/3.5. Note that if the type II doesn't work on a lens, it will also not fit on M4 and up, due to size of frameline lever.

My Summaron 35 3.5 LTM needs the type I CV adapter. In its magical way, the Summaron's focus lever infinity lock undersurface manages to clear the edge of the frameline lever of my M7 by a few microns. That is, the lens in the infinity position would knock the frameline lever, but the focusing helix manages to push the lens just far enough out to clear.
