Gear Whore #1
I own three Nikon F3's basically because I'm a slacker who doesn't want to change lenses: one for wides with a DA-2 Sportfinder; another with a 58/1.2 Noct-Nikkor permanantely mounted and a MF-18 data back; and a F3P with a 105/1.8 AIS permanently mounted with an "E" screen.
I kinda loaded up the truck when Nikon pro cameras were inexpensive because everyone else was going digital and the market was glutted with film cameras.
BTW all my F3's are equipted with motordrives.

Nikon's last "Adult" cameras.

For you it's Nikons, for me it's the original Canon F-1. I have so many (seven? eight?), I've lost count. And don't ask me why. I just like these things.
I do own a Nikon F though. One of the world's great 3mm SLR cameras.

I can dig that.
Those original F1 Canons are great.

There is no such thing as too many cameras. If necessary, you should discard other items - clothing, food, furniture, but not books - to make room for more.

That's all? Is a titanium F2 back in your stable?
I just added a Nikon F #6405788 with N-K eyelevel prism. Seller billed it as a "1964 Nikon F" and a "student camera."

You do know it's unlucky to have cameras in odd numbers...???
4...4 is a better number...now get out there and start looking...

I have the MD-1, MD-2, and MD-3... But do not keep them on the cameras.
And two DS-1's... And Two CH-11's cases to use with them...
11 Nikon F2's and 9 Nikon F's. Two of the F2's are from the first batch of 1600, with the all-metal film advance, before Nikon switched to a plastic tip.

Vick, this is what my Nikon stable looked like not so long ago.
Missing from the picture was my chrome F.
F4 sold
Both F3's sold
F2AS sold
Chrome F sold
I just have the '71 chrome F2, the F2A and the black F 'Apollo'
I've added an F100 and F5 to replace the others I sold.
I almost forgot! I sold the two Nikkormat FT2's and the FT3 I had and just kept an FTn.
And so it goes on.......

Nobody has yet mentioned that if you have multiple lenses, you need multiple camera bodies. Much quicker than changing lenses.
