Well, back from the summer holidays again ... my film didn't get fried by x-rays, no cameras were stolen despite not being covered in tape, no policemen stopped me taking photos, no one complained about having their picture taken and the sun didn't burn through any of the shutters ... just lucky I guess.
I sometimes wonder if things get exaggerated on the interweb ...

Given that sometimes some people get really right up themselves here (I was tempted to start a thread a while back called "X100 - will it get me laid?"... and was very amused when someone else started a similar one first), thissort of thread always make me smile and convinces me that actually it's not all bad...
