Picture 1 in both sets is better exposed than the others, so comparison is difficult.

I'm actually surprised that there is such a difference here - I'm looking at the depiction of the beach huts, distance blue lampposts and groynes and for me I like the look best in no 1.
My guess is:
1. C-Biogon
2. Summarit
3. Nokton
4. Summilux

I can't tell the other three, but to me the first photo is from the Summilux pre-asph. It looks the closest to what the Summicron pre-asph would look stopped down, and both are virtually the same stopped down. That is the closest I can get to a guess.
Still very hard to decide given that the first on both scenes are different either in exposure or framing.

Sort of makes all this endless agonizing over which lens to buy rather silly, doesn't it? Just shoot what you got, gents. It really doesn't matter (more than .01% anyway.)

hmm... maybe that's because lens No 1 just gives better colors.

that's only true in a test shoot...in real life we all can see and taste the nuances in each lens...

In fairness, these are all notably terrific lenses.
Two of them are stopped down at least two stops from wide open, and the others are probably the best medium-speed 35's ever designed.
And the images are less than 1 megapixel JPEGs – I'm amazed we see differences at all!

OP, could you tell me what's lens#1 in secret?
I am gonna buy them all tonight...
I have a feeling that the price of lens#1 is gonna spike by tomorrow.

I would go with #1 what ever it is. My second choice would be #4 as I like the color rendition

I'll play:
1-pre-asph summilux
2-nokton
3-summarit
4-c-biogon

They are indeed close.
#s 1 and 4 seem the sharpest- In the first series, around 'Wagonetti'
In the second series #4 seems to have the most 3-Dimensional look.
Therefore-
1. C-Biogon
2. Nokton
3. Pre-Asph
4.Summarit

I'm guessing the CV 35/1.2 is No. 1 and Biogon 35/2.8 is No. 4.
