I looked at the 1024 x 342 image on flickr. Looks like it makes pretty good images.

TXF, the dam creates an impoundment so that water can be sent into a channel to power the waterwheel of the mill.
The camera makes good enough shots if all you are looking for is good enough for a 4x6 print. Anything larger, and the distortions and full frame out-of-focus areas really show up. The metering is also biased towards the shady portion of the shots, which is okay as long as most everything is in the shade. Or it's cloudy. Or the lens is at 90mm. But then maybe I've just been spoiled by what I got with the Canon Sure Shot Zoom XL.

Hi,
I used to have a "Nikon One Touch Zoom 90S AF" and, as P&S's go, I was pleased with it. I used to pair it with a Canon A-1 outfit as they worked well as a pair.
