On Wednesday, my stepmother, sister, and youngest nephew flew down to North Carolina from Wisoconsin and Minnesota. We all jammed in my Chevy and drove down to Columbia, South Carolina, the home of Fort Jackson, to see my nephew graduate from US Army Basic Training.
I've never been so proud!
We're home now, but still with the family, so I'll be scarce until Sunday. Just wanted to share.

PS - Oh yeah, photos taken with Yashica Lynx-14 rangefinder. f8, 1/125 for the first shot, f5.6, 1/250 for the second.

Thanks, buddy. Y'know, we saw a lot of Canadian license plates down there. Apparently more than a few Canadians joining the US military?
Best Regards,
