Personally I'd guess it's shutter-related, but with just this example it's hard to tell.
Is only this one frame affected or all frames on the whole roll?
Is the space between the frames affected as well?

It's just the one frame that is affected.

How about the effect on the left side of this picture then? Far more interesting than simple light leaks.

The last picture looks like frame overlap. My Kiev 6C does that with films like Tri-X but not with Foma. I suspect that it is related to the thickness of the film and/or backing paper. On the 6C I solve the problem by setting the film type to 220. IIRC, the Kiev 60 does not have that feature, so that suggestion is not very helpful.
