People have to beat these guys up so bad that they would stop flashing right in your face.

If a law is passed to prevent people taking pictures on the street, it's because of scumbags like him.

I must have missed it last week. I have no problems with it at all. But there is a problem if more people being shot are turning against photographers on the street.

i know some paparazzis love using flash right up to a celebrity's face (like 6 inshes close), just to annoy him and make him/the celebrity beat him/the photographer up, so as to make a tabloid front page...
