I have a few 35mm rolls of efke KB 25 exposed at ISO 25 that need to be processed. The box says Rodinal 1:12 for 6 minutes. That seems excessive to me. I typically scan my negs or print on number 2 or 3 paper. So I was wondering if there are some real world times and dilutions I should use from experienced user of KB 25 ? I use Rodinal (old stock) and HC-110.

I don't think that can be correct. I used Rodinal 1+50 for 6:45 at 22°C .. that's 8min at 20°C (time-temperature conversion made with the massive dev chart app).
The negs looked about right.

Thank you... I had my doubts too.

From the box...

I have used 1:50 too and got good results. These days I usually use Rodinal 1:100 for 60 minutes. I agitate for 1 minutes at the start and then let it stand. Temperature isn't that critical with stand development.. around 20°C give or take a degree or two.

Same here... 1:50 in Rodinal gives you great results - mine was at 72F - just use Digital Truth's graph/chart and you'll be fine.

Efke 25, rated @ 32 iso. Developed in Beutler 1:1:10 for 7 min.
I find that I prefer Beutler for slow films, grain stays reasonably fine and has a bit less of an edge compared to Rodinal. Smoother tones too.
Bessa R3M and Nokton 50 mm f1.1 at f1.1 or close to it.
