I went out driving in the rural areas outside Fort Wayne early this morning after I dropped my son off at school. There was some beautiful fog hanging over the fields.
Thanks Chris, I like this kind of stuff. I'd like to do it but I'm having a problem with getting up early lately. Certainly, very well done. Someday, I'd like meet you.
These and the other recent color stuff are all digital. You like the black and white better? Most of my BW work is film, I still have a hard time getting good tonality from digital black and white.
Beautiful shots, Chris. It's been great here in the upper midwest for misty dawn light over the past 3-4 days. From Detroit's Belle Isle early on Saturday:

Mike, that's gorgeous. Is that the river that connects Lake St. Clair and Lake Erie? I haven't been up to detroit in 15 years. Went up there with a university group to see the art museum when I was an art student at IU Fort Wayne.
Thanks, Chris. Yes, Belle Isle is in the Detroit River just downstream from where it begins in the southwest corner of Lake St Clair. Pic was taken near the Detroit Yacht Club. Btw, the DIA is looking better these days. The photography section's doing very well (just across from Kresge Court where the natural light is wonderful for companion pics).
I photographed this house a few minutes after I did the landscape photos. It is just outside the small town of New Haven, Indiana. New Haven sits right next to Fort Wayne in the easter side of Allen County.
