I found a Halina Acromat 6X6 camera for 1.50$ the other day. The shutter was not working properly but after some lubing I got it to work and yesterday I ran the first roll through.
Love old cameras
It looks like this....
And here are some test shots I shot around the house.
And one indoor shot.
Shot on an expired Trix souped in Xtol.

Shaken, so blurred
Before I say anything else, I have to say "I just love your first test shot." That, mate, is a keeper and not a test shot.
Aside from that - why can't I get this lucky in my camera purchases? I suspect it's more than just better selection of country to live in and being astute enough to know what you're looking at. I also suspect both are a pretty good start...

well done. you take better pictures with a 1.50$ camera than most here do with their m9s, proving once again its not te camera but the eye behind it.

Cute little camera. Surprisingly good results from that f8 lens, especially the last shot. Flash? Good job!

That camera as a 4x5 would be interesting - and huge. Hah!

Thanks
I live in Iceland and cameras like these are hard to find. But we have a store here called The good shepherd and is a store that sells stuff that other people throw away, all the money goes to charity. Every once in a while I go there but this is the first time I find a camera like this except for a Fuji point & shoot I found once. I also bought my Agfa 6X6 enlarger there for 50$ 3years ago.

Not its just a window light. But today I shot a roll using a flash, I have an old Canon flash and hooked it up with a Cactus V4, will develop to night and see how that went
And it's 4x5 or 6x6!!!
It shoots both 6X6 and 4X4. I´m using it shooting 6X6.
