My Rolleinar 1 has a little fungus spot inside. Has anyone ever cleaned one and how?
I think the black ring at the front unscrews but I don't want to try to hard until I know for sure.

I've looked at images of a Rolleinar on the web but can't see an entrance point. Any chance of posting close-ups of the front AND especially the back side?
As I understand it, the prism element is at the front of the viewing lens rolleinar (and I am assuming that your fungus is on the viewing setup). Meaning that unscrewing the front black ring could lead to a misalignment of the prism on re-assembly. I think that going through the back to remove the actual close-up element for cleaning will be safer. IF there is a back entrance!
I recently bought an 'ACCURA' close-up lens for Bay I that has a prism for the viewing lens. There are set screws that hold the prism in place, but they were loose on my copy. I viewed through the lens and rotated the element. You'll see the image shift in an arc; I just stopped when it appeared to be at the top of the arc (or the bottom??? confused and don't remember the specific, but you'll see the image moving).

Just had a look at my Rolleinar 1.
The taking lens as well as the viewing lens have a black ring at the rear.
Each ring has 2 slits so guess that those rings can be removed by using
a "normal" lens spanner.
However i have no intention of testing this out on my own Rolleinar.
Would be wise to mark a glass (soft pencil) before you remove it as i
don't know how easy it is to accidently re-install it the wrong way around.
And i agree with Dan, better not remove the front element of the viewing lens.

Thanks for your comments. I'll take another look and post some close-ups here.
