Hi, I'm a college student who got into Leica pretty early and now fashioning an M2 and a Nokton 35.
I'm very happy with what I have but recently I've been thinking of getting a black body.
I would love to get myself another body, but I can't afford one without selling my M2 at the moment, and I already got used to using this....
I know some people want to jump out the window at the idea of repainting a Leica but I really like those black painted bodies... and this seems to be the only way...
If you guys know a good place, Please let me know.

I don't know but I'm seriously interested in painting mine too! I'm on the same boat as you, I shoot a Leica M2 with the CV 35/1.4 and I'm a high school senior! haha

... likes film again.
The cheapest and fasted way is to swap cameras, sell the one you have after you found a black repainted one that works well and looks OK.
Getting yours repainted might take some time and cost some money ....

Painting can be more expensive than getting another camera
