Gallery Picks for Week Ending Mon June 11, 2012
Gallery Picks is an opportunity for you to post a heads up to what you have seen during the past seven days at RFF that you like.
There's no membership requirement, no criteria (except past seven days), no voting, no limit to the number of photos mentioned, and everybody mentioned is a winner.
Anybody can start the thread on a Monday.
Anybody can join in, it's a community event!
Here are my picks:
To start 2 from heartattackandvine.
1) I like the composition where the top of the tree leads my eye to it's reflection in the puddle. A definite shot for a suitable wall.
2) This just oozes mystery and the need to make up stories for it.
dotur, just gorgeous tones and details in this that give it a real old world appearance. This could have been taken a hundred years ago.
Bingley, I keep loving what I see from the little XA, mine bit the dust 🙁. This shot is all about the empty chair matching the blue umbrellas.
Joao, a creative use of the patterns and shadows against the stonework.
print44, well seen and taken, I especially like the faint starburst of light coming out of the bright light of the seed head.
onur77, I like the multitude of straight lines, harsh contrast, and the interruption of the blurred movement of the guy in a hurry.
hteasley, beauty can be found in the simplest of things.
