Oh, sweet mama!
This came in the mail and was on my doorstep early this morning as if it were Christmas in July!
After looking through the ground glass, now I understand what all the fuss is about....
Thanks to co-conspirators here on RFF. You know who you are.
This is going to be too fun, thanks guys!

Dave,
just make sure you're not looking through the ground glass and the camera while walking or you'll be so disoriented you'll hit the deck
Happy shooting with that beaut!

Yeah, Frank, tell me about it...
Not only have I got to master this new fangled picture machine but I have to do it quickly in months rather than years.
My thoughts are already on what to use it for in my new project, The Deep South. So many images already going through my mind but I have to be able to get them onto film with a new camera!

If I'm ever in Atlanta, I'll look you up, and we can go shooting with your Ciroflex, and my Ricoh Superflex. You've got the bug now, Dave. Have fun!

The perpetual new guy.
Congrats, I love the Ciro-flex. So simple yet the results are great. Like all older TLRs I guess.

Paul, I have no idea...maybe a C,D, or E? I got a short instructional manual from the Butkus site (8 pages!).....

The best camera is one that still works!
The all American TLR ... I think you should put some nice timber veneer along the sides!

Ciro-flexes are clunky beasties and have none of the finesse of a Rolleiflex, but they're sturdily built and a great introduction to TLR photography. Enjoy!

Anything larger than my M3 is a clunky beast.
But if I can do anything as well as these, I will be so happy:
