Hi all,
This is my first post in this exciting and comprehensive forum after reading alot of threads about rangefinders. I'm pretty new in the world of analog photography, but after I picked up an old Ricoh KR10 I got hooked on "slow photography" and preparing the scene in details before I push the trigger.
Some weeks ago I bought a Konica Hexar in order for me try out the real rangefinder feeling, and I have to say it's really a nice camera and method to use.
I have added some pics from my first roll of film. Being the analog noob I am, I forgot the name of manufactor of film and I don't have the packaging anymore - bear with me
I hope you like the pics and any tips and tricks are welcome.

Great photos for a few weeks' work. THe hexar is indeed a great camera - there's a thread full of photos from it, please post to that one too.

Wonderful pictures! Usually the name of the film is on the edge of the negative. Is that a Hexar AF? Welcome to the forum, and keep posting!

what?
Nice compositions.
I hope that you post more, as time goes by.
I would love to use my Hexar more, but I never quite got good at scanning film-to-digital.
Keep rolling !

I like these shots but there is something wrong with quality of the scans. Regards.

Hi All,
Thank you all for the welcome and positive comments about the pics. I will for sure keep you posted with more pics from the wonderful sharp shooter Konica Hexar. And yes, it’s the AF version and not the original rangefinder.
I will have a look at the edge of the negative to see if I can identify the manufacture of the film.
I suspect that as well – I outsourced the entire development process to the cheapest place I would find in Copenhagen, Denmark (app. USD 13) . A very friendly old guy but I suspect him not to be no the top of his game anymore – but what the heck, I can live with some small in-corrections
