i recently got one for $20 on evilbay (the one with the 2 shutter speeds). unfortunately, the light meter isnt working and the shutter sticks sometimes but other than that its in good condition. how much would it cost for a CLA for the shutter? also, are there any places you recommend i send it to for the CLA? preferably in California. Thanks!

No idea about the CLA, sorry, but if you are that way inclined, here's a link to a complete stripdown/overhaul. Each photo contains relevant instructions.

It's a great camera to use, hope you get it repaired one way or the other.
