for me
kiev ilegalac
simple setting, interesting angle, engaging central subject, interesting background action
brainwood
soft and pretty. highly engaging for me.

hey honey, let's take the twins out with those goofy sunhats your grandma bought, perch them up on that wall and stare at them.
pete chipman
nice rendering of an, ahem, classic subject. great focus on the finger, and lovely show lighting.

i liked both of the girl-on-beach shots, and this one the best. sorta kinda out of focus, weird angle, incomplete figure. and it really works.
paul platon
the pictorialist in me sighs. so nice.

this is why i love film. you'd never get texture like this from digital. it's intimate and gorgeous and wonderful.

i liked this whole series, a lot. i think i liked this one the best. it reminds me of some kind of 80s fashion ad. it's great. the flash is intrusive, the setting is intimate, the subject is vulnerable. do like.

my photo of the week. yes, i'm easily seduced by lovely blue, and yes i love seaside pictures, but this is out of some very weird scifi movie. wtf are those three people doing on that beach dressed like that? what's that kooky fencey thing on the left? what mutant growths are in the foreground? why is one of the people wearing a snorkel?
