Just found this on the Thorsten Overgaard site :
http://www.overgaard.dk/leica-M10-d...Leica-M10-Monochrome-Digital-Rangefinder.html
Thankfully a little more meat to it than other speculations and cut and paste from broshures.

Thanks for posting this. He has a lot of good info and opinions on the M and ME. Although it might be sourced from somewhere else, the comparison chart is fantastic.

And apparently he is indeed on location in Cologne and gets some first hand information from the Leica folks. I always thought he has a valuable opinion and no one can doubt that he is a "serious photographer" using a M9

Yup, definitely enjoyed the video. It was very personable and informative. Thanks for sharing.
All in all I feel the new M adds a lot of photographic potential while keeping the core foundation. There was some serious thought put into this new camera, i.e. it can be configured to one's liking.

I just had the time to watch it myself. Apart from the odd floor location, there is some interesting info which has not been available -or I missed it so far.
Stephan Daniel confirmed that there is no AA filter on the CMOSIS sensor for the M ilestone. And it definitely is a prototype stage still and they will not have any prints up yet. They first need to get the image quality right and then they will share it with Adobe for a profile development for LR/PS/CS.
The camera body itself is the same size like the M9 just the thumb rest and S2 style wheel are protruding. The top part is 1mm higher to accommodate the bigger screen dimensions.
Overall I think the interview is bit long but it seems to be unedited, off the cuff, just Q&A of about all things Overgaard wanted to know about the new M / ME.
The sound of the new shutter is different again from what a M9 and will for sure be topic of many discussions.
