Very nice, 2 and 4 are my favourites. 4 has very good colour. Nice work from such a "humble" camera.

Great post here Phil. That little Nikon can capture some wonderful images. Nice color too!
Last Christmas one of the fine members here at RFF gifted me an L35AF. I love the camera.

Charles, any problem with the AF, using that venter hood?

Phil, it blocks the VF a tad, but I have not noticed an issue with the auto focus of the camera.

A friend was a fan of the lens used on these Nikons and owned several. He has gone all digital and gave me his last one a few weeks ago. They seem like a well kept secret.

I finally found my vented hood. It's not the tilted type like yours, so it doesn't stick out as much. I do have one like that on my Ricoh 300, and it looks very sharp. But I like the straight hood look on the L35AF.

Phil, The straight hood is hard to find. I would prefer one like that as well.
I have read somewhere that Nikon made a hood for this camera. Anyone ever run across one ?

Shoot, I found it hard enough just to find an original lens cap for mine. Then I was gifted one with the cap. But I like to use a snap cap because it's smaller to go in the pocket.
