Best Place to Repair Voigtlander Vitessa

I recently won a Vitessa on Ebay with a shutter that is sticky at low speeds and a non working light meter. The seller claims it was last CLA'd 10 years ago and he thinks another would take care of the shutter.

I could live without a lightmeter but it would be nice to have one.

Where are the good places to send my Vitessa?
