Medium format macro cameras.

Which one can't? Other than fixed lens or fixed body rangefinders, that is.

Pretty much every MF SLR system I ever have seen a system chart for had extension rings, and most had integral or external bellows (and Novoflex doubtlessly had one for those that lacked one). Many of the internal bellows ones do reach 1:1 with at least some lenses without an extension ring. If quality is a concern besides reaching 1:1, all Mamiya SLR systems (RB,RZ,M645) and most (perhaps all) systems with Zeiss lenses (Hasselblad, Rollei) had dedicated macro lenses.

Even the Mamiya TLR system could do 1:1, if you did not mind messing with the "Paramender" and the compromises of using wides close-up. So could the Mamiya Press, with ground glass, macro bellows and extension rings as part of the body or system, and most, if not all competing "Press" systems - and as Roger said, the medium format field cameras will do it out of box.

Pentax 6x7(either 6x7I or 6x7II) with Pentax 100mm macro with life size adapter. Very sharp. I use a Pentax 67II with 100mm macro and life size adapter. Always use mirror lock up.

Yep.. Here is an example thread from another forum w/ same type of question but specifically oriented to the mamiya 645.

Also as Roger mention the baby Linhof.. But in general most of the 2x3 folders like the speed graphic and such which were the baby versions of the 4x5 also should be able to do this w/o a extension tube due to the bellows and support for different lenses plus the 2x or more of bellows extension.
