What is a good price for a broken metered CL?

You mean a CL with a broken meter, and the film handling, rangefinder and shutter still works? A couple hundred dollars max, because it can still take good photos.

If you mean a broken CL, where the shutter doesn't work, or the film advance is broken (i.e. it doesn't even take pictures), well, fifty bucks for parts. Maybe not even. I've never seen much demand for CL parts cameras, not like M's.

A perfect, near mint example, working perfectly, cost me about $320 including shipping last year. With a non-functional meter, I'd expect to pay at least $120 less.

price can vary dramatically depending on condition; dents, scratches, etc.

I will say less than $200. I sold mine last year for $175. Mine was working fine including meter, but had broken film advanced lever (still worked fine).

Assuming the meter is the only issue -

Totally working ones tend to sell for $400. Dead or untested meter in the $250-300 range.
