Wishful thinking

Well, you're just a retro kinda guy. I think I'd have gotten a better response if I'd just talked about taking the pic and asked RFFers what they thought about it or how it made them feel.

Makes me feel retro. I like the yellowed/aged effect.

The background is busy/distracting.
 
Yeah, it is, Frank. But there wasn't much I could've done about it since the bike doesn't belong to me. And, I'm not a Photoshopper. :)

I think that the retro approach is very fitting due to the bike using 60+ year old technology. Well Done!
 
Oh, come on. It's said in jest as motorcycles are very polarising. They are among the most brand loyal people just like cameras. Truly, I didn't intend to sound mean or snarky and appologize if it came off that way. I ride with people who have all kinds of bikes and if I had the money, I'd have a Harley as well.

No offense taken; I was sincerely saying thanks for taking the time to look. It seems to me that a lot of the bandwidth this forum uses is devoted to talking about cameras. I kinda like to take pics with mine.
