I like this shot. It's interesting how your feet appear to be solid but the bench shows through you as if you were materializing. The shadow in the foreground makes it feel like you are also behind the camera taking the photo. Cool.

The shadow is from the camera itself. It was about two feet or less from me.

Nice shot! One of my photo teachers said you have to be in the photo for at least half the time of the exposure to appear in it. That's for a ghost look. Your photo has that quality but it's very nicely done.
