Lens cleaning in Europe

Hi,

I'd like to have my 90mm Elmar-C F/4 cleaned -the elements are slightly foggy.

I am able to reach the rear element by unscrewing the focusing barrel and the ring holding it in place, but that's all. I can't get to the rear of the third element because I don't want to hurt the aperture blades that are in front.

Do you know of a repair service in Europe that does a cleaning at a reasonable price? What price should I prepare for?

By the way, only the lenses are a bit foggy - the rest works very well, aperture blades are clean!

I know one guy here in Germany. He does a very good job, but the prices are not a bargain. I fear that he will charge around 100 to 200 Euros for a job like this?
