Leica R users-which bag do you use?

Still trying to organize my gear for Spring. I hope to be on the road for The Deep South documentary and now that I am moving forward with emphasis on the R system, what bag should I use?

I have the Hadley Pro and it seems to work very well. But, what if I trade for a second R body (R8)...hmmm...one body for BW film and one body for color.

Just wondering what you folks are using for a medium size SLR with a back up body and lens. Maybe the Pro will handle both with a lens attached to each body?🙄
 
I think the Domke F2 is pretty hard to beat for a two body SLR kit. It holds my R8 and R9 with lenses attached and room for several other lenses, flash, etc.
 
Take a look at the Tamrac Pro System 8. It will carry two R bodies (with motors attached if desired). It has cells for four small to medium lenses, and compartments under the cameras for longer lenses, such as a 135mm Elmarit and a 180. And of course, each camera can have a lens attached. So two cameras and 8 lenses. Small pockets hold filters and other stuff. A good bag!
 
I use a Billingham Packington. This fits my two DMRs, 180/2 summicron and 50 summicron in the main part of the bag. The outer pockets have my DMR batteries, spare cards etc. Sometimes I even take a M body in this bag too.

If it’s fully loaded like above, it is pretty heavy - but hey no need to pay to go to the gym!

Have M2, M6, R6.2 and X100 along with three different Domke's (original, F5, and F803). I can take the R6.2, X100 and three R lenses in the F803.

The original bag does not see much use as a pure camera bag anymore as I consider it huge. It works great as a carry on bag with a couple bodies and other things I don't want to check in the airlines. I purchased it from Jim Domke back in the late 1970's to carry a couple motor drive Nikon F's with 24/85/180 and either 300 or 500 mirror. Had back problems which cleared up immediately when I became a full time pilot and went to a M with 35/90.

Honestly, the medium size bag does not see much use at all.

If more then one body (R and M together), then usually the 803. If only one body, then perhaps the bare bones bag. Now, smaller is better so the R6.2 goes around the neck and 28 and 135 also fit nicely in a bare bones bag with some film. Of course, choosing the right bag and what equipment goes in it can make you CRAZY, but that is part of the fun, RIGHT?
 
I use a hadley pro for single body and 2 lenses. I also use two Billingham 445's for times when I need 2 bodies, flashguns and multiple lenses. I can use one for gear and the other for clothes and washbag on trips.
