I love #3 Klaus
Thanks, I'm glad you like it. Pretty unique event, his 75th birthday concert and the setting in the Temple of Dendur in the Met Museum of Art in NYC.

Hi Dave,
All I have from the past week is some stuff I shot for clients. So heres a couple of things from an event from one of my university clients I shot yesterday.
I shot everything on this wall display and there are three others kinda like it within the university. These photos are all in color.
A couple from the event.

Jim and Allen, cheers to you guys. Will you please share more pics for me to check them out under this thread? Keep inspiring...
Dave, thank you! I parked the Mono this past week and have been shooting M9 and M3. Next week I'll get it out this coming week. Right now in Arizona a lot of desert flowers are blooming so I usually shoot color during these times. Cheers!

Allen: I have a nice feeling that you used the 35mm (?) in this series, there is that kind of connection that is neither obstrusive nor detached from the scene. Whether it was the 35 or otherwise, they are very nice.
Jim: can't wait to check back your contributions here... happy shooting!

Great portraits Ashwin!
The classic 85s suit you a lot ;-)
I finally received, what supposedly is my dream 50 - a mighty beautiful E46 in the nicest finish for photographic gear, there is - black paint!

Those shots are incredible Ashwin. I would have believed the third was a medium format shot with all that detail and that narrow depth of field. Stunning.

here's some images from a monochrom I had on loan during New York Fashion Week.
I must say I loved the damn thing, and to be able to shoot at ISO 8000 & 10,000 with the Noctilux is rad.
I processed them in LR4 then I think I hit all of them with SilverEfex, I can't wait to get one of these.
If anyone wants a M9 or a pair of M9's let me know, I'm going for one M & a Monochrom. I'm so happy to see that the buffer on the M doesn't fill like the M9 & Monochrom does, that'll make it so that I won't need a pair of those, which I may end up having to grab anyhow. The MM files are like the M9 but better, I'm not quite sold on the M files, the CMOS files make processing them much different than what I'm used to.
Enjoy!

Thanks, guys...very kind of you! As I get more familiar with the monochrom, I become more impressed...the files are incredibly flexible through much of the ISO range...
