What is your most used camera?

I just got an LTX series bag by Tamrac on ebay a few weeks ago. I love this bag. I carry it with me in the truck at work and everywhere else I go. Lately I have been carrying the FED2 with me,but the Canonet gets used the most. Took the Fed5 to our granddaughters house tonight and used it indoors with the canonet flash on it and worked superbly. Lots of fun, I'm gonna take this camera out for a spin tomorrow. Also want to get the Bessa out soon. We have been experiencing some foggy mornings and want to take advantage of it before it goes away with the wide angle lens.

Two days ago, I have run into a circuit issue in my F3HP, thus non fuctioning.
And I am determined to get it fixed. It is depressing because I wanted to go out to shoot some E100VS!

I do not own a rangefinder, but maybe in the new year a Yashica or Canonet!

I love my F3HP set to Aperture Priority! :) I am not joking either.

Venus on a clamshell

Venus on a clamshell

I own about 50 cameras, but i always have my Olympus XA 4(28mm lens) with me..

i got it as part of a swap years ago,and never used it because a had a Ricoh R-1,which I bought new in 1998. When the Ricon died,I glommed on to the XA-4

I just shoot 10 rolls of colr negs film in Mexico with Olympus OM-4T and lenses;but the best shots wereom the little clamshell! Wide, sharp, quiet, alway ready to go!

Well, a yashica fx super 2000... But I like to go out with more than one camera and the other one is always a rangefinder (a zorki or a yashica).

for professional work?
the Horseman VHR - fits my LF lenses, compact, format flexibility (6x7, 6x9 or 4x5), robustness, movements sufficient for most of my subjects.

for personal work?
the Canon P's - bulletproof, no nonsense, great vf, LTM lens selection makes it easy to put top notch glass on, fully opening back keeps me from having to do the three fingered juggling act. Plus they look cool.

Hmmm, "Venus on a Clamshell" :) ... I sure do wish my XA copy, the Elikon from Belarus, were as good, but it's the pits. Looks cool, runs fine, but the severe lens distortion relegates it to 'least used'.

Last few weeks it's been my M3 because it is freshly CLAd and I have a new cron 50 DR which I have been playing with.

At the moment I have two modern MPs and the M3 in regular use - the IIIg is waiting to go off for its CLA in the next few months. The choice of camera usually depends on the film I want to use, I keep one body loaded with ISO 3200 for indoor night shots, one loaded with slow fine grain B&W for landscapes and abstracts, and another with BW400CN which lives in my rucksack for just about everything else.

Happy New Year!

I would have to say that the cameras I have used most are the ones I have had to replace due to wear and tear plus use and abuse. Those would include my Nikon F2 SLR and my Mamiya 6x6 twin lens reflex. I have never had to replace a rangefinder for overuse.
