I don't know...I'm not a kid anymore...but still, I feel a little pathetic. Here it is, New Year's Eve. Just 2 hours till midnight and I'm printing cyanotypes and reading here between exposures.

The kids are sleeping and so is my wife. She hasn't seen midnight in 10 years or more.
At least I've got a bottle of champagne going.

Steve, at least your've doing something you like. Happy New Year from Atlanta already. Regards from John with your Moskva 5.

Well, this champagne has been in the fridge for a year or two. Not our normal drink.

Here's the first one. The second looks bad. I messed up sensitizing the paper somehow.

I've got one more under the lights right now.

Ok, I get the perspective check.

I will note that I spent 3 Christmases and 4 New Years Eves underwater on a submarine....a very long time ago.

Scanning negs here too. My wife has been catchin zzz's for about an hour now. I might last till midnight since I always enjoy the anticipation of the.........scan finishing. Cheers all.

What your doing when the new year begins is not important. Its what you do with the 365 untouched day ahead that matters.
