"Leica factory manual covering the Canonet GIII. Mainly exploded diagrams and parts list."
It does really make me think I missed something during the camera history lessons.![]()
Seriously, thanks for making these manuals available, guys!

A load of thanks for IIIf manuals
A load of thanks for IIIf manuals
I shoot. I collect. I shoot (not as actively as I'd like) what I collect. I own a lot cameras (mostly junk) and digital, but the M6TTL has been my favored occasional (Summicron 50mm, ca 1955, etc).
I've acquired one repairable IIIf and another that seems okay (AKA IIIC conversion). I like the feel of the Barnacks and at this stage, I tend to have a preference for the dual windows
John Neal and Kim Coxon did an incredible service to IIIf owners by putting up and Kim keeping up those manuals.
Those posts of the IIIF manuals are unbelievably useful. But so is the Coxon site in general. It's one of the things that makes this forum worthwhile. KC deserves some thanks for hosting the IIIf material. It gives me a clue about what to do about with my replacements for FSU junk (he said, semi-affectionately) that has its uses. I hope to return the favor sometime.
