My wife loves when I take a great photograph of family....but cant understand whats interesting about a street photograph or a photo of an old building, a "no parking" notice.... etc.... How 'bout you?

I'd say we're both lucky guys. Everything you describe here sounds SO familiar!x-ray said:Are we married to the same woman? My wife's a painter too and also loves making images with ther Holga. She's very much into my documentary and art and gives me great ideas and support. On the reverse side I'm very much into her painting and give her great support. We discuss our art daily as a routine part of our lives. We share ideas and make suggestions together. We prop eachother up when we get rejection letters and celebrate when we get accepted in shows and galleries. We give each other the time and space to do what we want. If she wants to paint into the night then I call for pizza. If I want to take a road trip over night then it's OK with her. She also encourages me to buy any equipment I want and if I ask her if I should she says yes 100% of the time. What a great wife and a great life!
