What have I got??

Can anybody tell me what I have? I know they are Proxar closeup filters but I have no idea what camera(s) they are for. They are marked Germany 909 Carl Zeiss Proxar. Marked magnifications are f=0.2m, f=0.3m, f=0.5m, and f=1m and all are A28.5 slip-on size.

Second photo is the bottom of the case.

They're for Contaflex slr. Had a couple, and had some of those aux. lenses for close focus.

Probably close-up lenses for a movie camera..?
