So on a whim, I bought the wide angle, telephoto and external viewfinder for my Yashica. What's the word on these?
I've been ignoring my yashica lately in favor of my Bessa R2A (which needs a rangefinder adjustment), but when I picked up the GSN, it had a complete roll in it from a few months ago. After getting it developed, it reminded me why I have one in the first place. That damn lens is just so amazing. I'd put it up against just about anything else. It's got a silkyness to it's signature that I love. I wish I could get one in an ltm or m mount version.
So while my R2A is out getting fixed, I'll be enjoying the GSN again. And I hope the lens kit makes it more versatile.

It's been a long time since I've used the add-on lenses with my GSN, but I certainly remember the struggle to figure out how to do the conversions from the rangefinder-specified distance to the proper scale focus with the extra lenses in place.

Check this out... I tested the wide angel and tele as well as the close-up lens a few weeks back. Works perfectly but it is of course not very user friendly!
