Basically the camera is metering horrenously literally about 2 to 2 and a half stops under regardless. Outdoors is less problematic, my tech believes that the metering board is at fault here and probably needs replacement, however from what Ive heard on here repair/replacement for these cameras is a minefield.
That is my next course of action, so any suggestions of where or whome I can send it to would be much appreciated.

just curious
Thanks for the Rich Cutter info, much appreciated.
I should have previously mentioned that these metering problems or issues, were no occurring before two weeks ago.
I am a repair technician myself, and sometimes for certain products its actually better to talk on a forum then try and deal with the manufacturers directly. Anyway, needless to say that this issue is in fact something of a regular flaw dith D100 sensors as far as I have researched, andrepairing this issue will require the replacement of the entire CCD and metering board array. An expensive repair and Im not sure if this particular camera is still under warantee....
