Hi everybody!
Last wednesday I found a Fed 5B with the lens in the title: I was interested to the lens, but it came with the camera, so I bought camera and lens (for a "pizza, bier and dessert" price, I couldn't say no)...
I put the lens on the Bessa, a BW roll, and went out to shoot: here you have some results
(now I'm testing the camera: the rangefinder was wrong at infinity, so fixed it, but I'm still a bit concerned about the short distances... )

I call this "bike & bra"

Great photos!! Cleaning the beach is my favourite...Interesting for me as I also plan to use an Industar on a Bessa R.
How did you fix the Rangefinderproblem?
Greetings from Vienna!

Spider67, thank you for your comment!

rangefinder problem:
under the front plate of the Fed 5B there is a screw to register the rangefinder, search for the Matt Denton site to have detailed informations, it's very easy to do...

Misok, the shots are made using the Industar with the Bessa R, and I had no problem with that. My concerns are about the short focusing USING THE FED 5B, but I still must test it, it's just my impression, for now...

Thanks Franco!

Actually I thought that you fixed somehow the Bessa R rangefinder.
It was the first thing to do when I got my 5 B (V) (Thanks to Alfred Klomps great site)
If you ever visit Vienne just PM me.

if you have i26 - buy j8 first. in my opinion i26 and i61 are pretty similar - maybe i61 looks sharper because of greater contrast.

Lovely shots, very nice to see. I too think that the tonality of the Blue eyed "lady" is perfect.
