GRD + Nikon SB20 external flash w/ off camera cord produced some wonderful results at a wedding I was a guest at last weekend. Snapped off some shots that the hired photogs couldn't get to because they had set themselves up at the wrong location.

Forgotten benefit of the GRD over all over P&S is the hotshoe which allows external flash.. Next up on the buy list for the GRD: http://www.microsyncdigital.com/

You are so right. I used an Canon EX580 on my Canon G7 p&s and I got great images. The best that camera ever gave me.
Eventually I got disapointed in the G7 and traded it for a Canon 300D DSLR. I'm much happier.

But now I'm looking for a real LTM Rangefinder and 35mm lens, because it's a small kit. I have an M5 and Summilux and it's a very nice kit.

These look better than the DSLR shots you posted previously!

/T

BTW, did you shoot these in color and later convert to B&W or did you use the GRD's native B&W mode?

P&S PERFECTION! You can make a living with this camera. I prefer the black and whites.

I shot in color JPEG on the SOFT setting(Which I presume means minimum sharpness and contrast).

All of the shots were adjusted using the PS curve tool to bring out details in the highlight.

I actually think your colour photos are great with the processing! I love it!!

Oh, that doesn't mean I don't like the B&W
