My case for fast glass on the M9, the 7Artisans 75mm f/1.25 and the Cosina Voigtlander 35mm f/1.2. While out to dinner last December, I chanced upon a wedding reception parade to our restaurant. With a camera, I'm a photog, without, simply a spectator . . . .
This first image is with a M9 and my long time favored 35 Summicron v. IV which is nearly always paired with my Tele-Elmarit, both acquired in 1979.

The limitations of the M9 are obvious, high ISO is certainly limited. Any lens on a 35mm film format at f/1.2 is going to be limited to DoF, it is what it is. There is more color separation in the shadows, but I prefer B & W for this. These from the wedding reception are all with the 35mm f/1.2.

To be clear, this is the original OM 28/2.8 such as for the OM 1, 2, 3, & 4? Have you ever tried it on a full frame such as an OM1 or adapted to FF digital? I have the 28/2.0 which now wears an adapter for a Canon EOS 5D mk 3. I love my Oly OM glass, thank goodness they all mount fine to my Canons. It's an old witticism now, but I am a Zuikoholic.
Nice tonal range, are they straight out of the camera or have they been run through something like Nik EFX?

Yes it's the original one, I've only just put it back together so thought I'd better try it. [See the 'What Have I Bought' thread.]
No I don't own a FF DSLR so all adapted at the moment, if I want to test for FF I'll put it on a OM1/2....Yep I like Olympus too!
They are transfered to a 2011 iMac and run through the Apple Photos SW just for a little clean up as the E-420 is used in its default state for testing.
