For those of you in the San Gabriel Valley in Southern California, Tri-Community Photo Program offers unlimited classes, lab/darkroom use (chemicals included), studio use, prints (up to 20x30) for $185 per semester (January to March 2012) or $500 annually. Go to the website for for details.
They're open 7 days/week, and from what I hear, while there is always a long wait for the printers and Macs/PC's, the darkroom (B&W and color) is always available, chemicals included.
